Requirement is for COO in a Leading KPO for Mumbai. This is a 3rd party non – contact center BPO provider in India. Their global client list includes several fortune 500 companies, including large banking and financial organizations.

Responsibilities:

- The incumbent would be responsible for the entire Operations process.

- He/She would be working towards smoothening of the operations process with a greater focus on client satisfaction & client building.

- Managing a team of VP, AVP, AGM, Sr. Managers, Manager, Assistant Managers, Team Leader and Researchers / Agents.

- Responsible for the P&L

- Should be from Voice & Non voice background

- International*/ Domestic*
