Chief Operating Officer - Jewellery Manufacturing Business

Hiring COO for an Indian Jewellery Manufacturing Company using High-Quality technology, tools, and consumables. Today They have a PAN INDIA Presence and a Strong Reputation in International Countries as well.

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as this is crucial for our growth and success. The COO is a crucial member of the TOP management team, who reports only to the Director/Founder. In this position, you'll have to manage and control diverse business operations and functions

Requirement:

- 10+ Years of experience is a Must as a C-Level Position and Jewellery/Medical Equipment Manufacturing.

- In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, Sales/P&L, Marketing and Operations, etc

- Hands-on experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and business development

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

- Great communication and presentation skills

- Problem-solving mindset
