1. ORGANIZATION CHART :

- Oversee all company operations and employee productivity to achieve GMR's Data Center goals

- The incumbent must take ownership of all operations and act as the second in command regarding high level initiatives and decision making

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set and drive company vision and operational strategy

- Present innovative and effective solutions to operational challenges while maintaining cost efficiency

- Foster a strong and collaborative team environment to drive all operational KPIs to success and continue being a customer centric organization

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Key Performance Indicators :

- Develop and assist with the execution of the annual strategic business plan, budget, and other business continuity plans

- Drive strategic initiatives to achieve company goals by prioritizing technology initiatives

- Analyze business processes and procedures for improvement and enhancement opportunities Strategy, Planning & Organizational Performance

- Ensure that business practices adhere to applicable laws and regulations

- Build valuable relationships and liaise with key external and internal business partners

- Oversee budget adherence and compliance

- Implement financial management practices in Operations that minimize risks and provide fiscal transparency

- Ensure confidentiality and reliability of data, proprietary information, and intellectual property

Governance & Relationship :

- Management Responsible for all Infrastructure Management in the Datacentre

- Analyse Data Centre market trends and events to identify and assess new opportunities

- Contribute to general business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain Data Centre operations and Operational Excellence

5. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

- Initially the number of employees on the rolls will be limited as it is a startup business.

- As the business plan increases the number of employees - On rolls / Off rolls will proportionately increases.

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence in the Data Centre or allied industries along with the ability to lead high performing teams

- Superior analytical skills

- Experience in building and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong business management skills including exceptional performance metrics management and reporting skills

- Knowledge of policy and procedures development, documentation, and evaluation

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use optimal metrics for reporting KPIs and providing recommendations

- In depth understanding of the DC business

Educational Qualifications & Experience :

- Should be an Engineer with about 20 years of work experience in Technology / IT with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Leader, preferably in the Data Center Business

- Experience in the running of the Data Centre business

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
