To manage end-to-end delivery of SLAs for the Cognitive Software Development division in India through developing a comprehensive framework for deployment of work, assessment and improvement of team performance. To manage a team of VPs/ AVPs / Senior Management and to drive continuous improvement of delivery capabilities and procedures in order to deliver effective and professional client engagements. Be the Point of Contact WRT all Technical developments and scope. Work closely with the CEO to ensure that the company financial KPIs are met.

- The COO in consultation with the CEO shall develop vision, strategy and business model to achieve the objectives of the organization globally.

- The COO will closely work with the CEO report to the CEO for implementation of strategy, review and plan for continuous improvement.

- Building relationships with CIO's COO's, CFO's and Business leaders to support their optimization and automation agenda

The COO will be required :

- To give direction to the business primarily towards establishing the Centre of Excellence (CoE) as a key player in domain centric incubation/acceleration which includes strategy to scale, outreach activities, measure impacts, collaborate with the start-up/entrepreneur ecosystem, etc.

- To provide overall strategic guidance; plan, organize, manage Technical Delivery Operations, frame procedures, guidelines, best practices etc. for co-ordination, consolidation, synergy and success of the business.

- To promote the culture of innovation, lead and guide converting ideas into products/IPs & commercialization, create significant value for clients and investors.

- To build, cultivate and strengthen collaborative relationships venture capitalists, private equity firms and growth funds in India and overseas.

- To create a team primarily involved in smooth functioning and efficient management of the operations, performing outreach and other promotional activities with the culture of entrepreneurship, openness, integrity and monitor it's functioning.

- To plan & execute activities within the pre-approved quarterly budget including verification & recommendation of release of capex/operating expense, ensure proper implementation and strict monitoring of annual plans, budgets and targets.

- To identify and generate additional revenue sources to support sustainability.

- To enforce adherence to annual statutory, legal and audit compliances.

- Report on progress against the set objectives and business plan to CEO, project stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
