We are looking for :

We are looking for a high impact Chief Operating Officer with strong passion about the HR-tech space. The person must be entrepreneurial, go-getter and should have the mettle to drive our entry into the Indian and global markets.

Key responsibility :

- Driving 'go-to-market' implementation of the company's 'HR-tech platform' in the Global market

- Responsible for driving the P&L of the platform by planning and priortising marketing focus and effort.

- Identifying and implementing strategies for driving customer adoption of the platform in both domestic & international markets

- Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for customer acquisition (online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization

- Create and execute growth communication projects in the form of events, videos, talks, webinars, special initiatives, conferences, seminars and non-traditional PR

Desired Profile :

- People from premier institutes (B. Trch from IIT, NIT etc., MBA optional)

- Prior experience of handling Online B2B platforms.

- Deep understanding of the dynamics of HR-tech space

- Ability to work with the product team to refine product roadmap and features.
