The Position: The Chief Operating Officer will provide leadership and direction in ensuring seamless service delivery across all locations of the company. This is a visionary, proactive servant leader with the ability to obtain support and foster an organizational environment that focusses on accomplishing the vision of the organization in improving operating efficiency, profitability, compliance and growth. This individual will report into the CEO. The priorities for the role include: - Participates in developing and implementing a strategic operating plan that supports the organization's vision and goals and long-term operations strategy - translates the strategic plan to staff to ensure support, and modifies the plan in response to change internal and external factors - Responsible for reporting to the executive leadership team to evaluate operating results in terms of cost, budget, operating policies, trends, and increased profit opportunities. Analyze revenue, profit, and cash flow opportunities for the business and recommend actions - Responsible for meeting the organization's financial targets - Manages employee performance by establishing clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against goals, ensuring timely feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues in a prompt manner. - Ensures continuous improvement of quality objectives to create higher value to the client organizations. Establish strategic and tactical plans to improve production and quality. - Fosters a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus, and service and encourages individual accountability and integrity. - Collaborate with shared services/departments - Work closely with the senior leadership team to identify and analyze strategic opportunities and manage the long-range strategic planning process with direct responsibility for a company's growth strategy - Hires and retains direct reportees Education and/or Experience: - 18+ years of professional experience, out of which at least 5 years of experience working as VP of Operations or COO with P&amp;L responsibility of at least USD 20 million in the past - Experience in RCM preferred (not mandatory) - Should have managed an employee span of 1500+ - MBA/PGDM equivalent from Tier 1 institution or similar academic certification is preferred Functional Skills required: - Expert level understanding of the healthcare industry - landscape, trends, challenges, changes within the end to end healthcare space&nbsp; with global exposure. - Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams, with proven leadership to handle a wide variety of functional business problems. - Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to the senior leadership team and external business partners - Must have excellent organization and time management skills. - Should be flexible to work hours necessary to complete the responsibilities of the position - Global / Multi-national business experience preferred.
