Chief Operating Officer - Healthcare

One of our healthcare client is looking for a COO (chief operating officer) who can drive the entire P&L of the company. This includes operations, sales, marketing, strategic initiatives (m&A, expansion etc.), technical operations. The incumbent will have the opportunity to take up the CEO role in near future depending on the performance.

1. Looking for a 18 years+ experience senior management professional who has lead small/mid organization to growth and have been successful in taking them to big scale.

2. An ideal fit will have exposure to healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry and would have looking at technical operations as well(doctors, medical duties etc.)

3. Preferable a medical graduate with an MBA degree.

4. Must be a self driven leader with far sightedness and excellent strategy formulation & implementation background.
