- Lead, direct and manage PAN India Operations of 10 -11 manufacturing units

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures related to Operations, Quality and SCM

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Participate in expansion plans if any

- Create and manage budget for Operations

- Manage resources required for business including technology and people

- Manage performance reviews and professional development plans for teams

- Must be willing to travel as per the need of business.
