Chief Operating Officer Job Purpose :

- Plans, directs, and oversees a company's operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals.

- Helps organisation execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership.

Reporting : CEO

- 18-25 years of experience in marketing & sales in personal care, skin care, Health care, FMCG, Food, Beverages or body care products P&L experience is preferred

- Person must have worked in Australia or Singapore, Malaysian region.

- This is very highly Challenging Job and Candidates who Join must Possess Patience, Ability to Get along with the Decision makers. Must be Down to Earth person. Not only a strategist but also must be a Implementer.
