Chief Operating Officer ( COO )

The position reports directly to the CEO and administratively to the Chairman of the Group. In this role you would be expected to work with the Team and drive business growth through marketing, brand building, sales, new channel development and enrichment, team and capability building. You would be in charge of the business with P & L responsibilities.

You should be a two year full time post graduate from IIM - Ahmedabad/IIM - Bangalore. Those with IIT would have an added advantage. You have worked for atleast 8 to 10 years in the capacity of COO. Although age is not strictly a barrier, this position would be perfect for somebody between 30 and 45 years of age. Please apply only if you are looking at a long term engagement with growth.

Ideally you are a resident of Mumbai.

Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Write and submit reports to the CEO/Chairman in all matters of importance.
