Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of our company's operations, including supply chain management, production, quality control, distribution, and logistics.

- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs throughout the value chain. Implement best practices and operational standards to enhance productivity and scalability while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Supply Chain Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure a reliable and sustainable supply of raw materials and packaging components. Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.

- Production Planning and Management: Develop production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels. Monitor production performance, capacity utilization, and quality metrics to ensure consistent product quality and on-time delivery.

- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards and procedures to uphold our brand's reputation for excellence. Implement quality assurance programs, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues promptly.

- Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the efficient and cost-effective distribution of our products to customers and retailers. Manage transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment operations to minimize lead times, reduce shipping costs, and optimize inventory turnover.

- Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan and growth initiatives. Identify new market opportunities, product innovations, and operational efficiencies to drive long-term success and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field. MBA or - advanced degree preferred.

- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the food and beverage industry, with specific experience in tea or CPG (consumer packaged goods) preferred.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, quality assurance, and logistics principles and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive operational excellence, and achieve business objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels of the organization.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
