Your Role: We seek a professional from the consumer goods industry who comes from a background of Sales & Marketing, has worked in emerging markets with good depth of traditional trade, development and deployment of RTM's in his career and has at some point managed 9 (significant) manufacturing operations as well.
- You need not be a manufacturing guru but a holistic profile who understands his numbers, can drive the P&L, take decisions on Capex, deep understanding of the supply chain function and deliver transformation results.
- You would be managing a cross functional team across the length and breadth of Nigeria which is vast.
- Commercial and manufacturing operations would be reporting into you.
