Description:

1. Operational Excellence: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery.

2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team members to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, setting short-term and long-term goals.

3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory standards, liaising with relevant authorities and managing audits as necessary.

4. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.

5. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

6. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, optimizing resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.

7. Technology Integration: Identify and leverage technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

8. Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

9. Business Expansion: Contribute to the company's growth strategy, including product and geographic expansion, and execute plans to capture new market opportunities.

10. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Profile:

- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior leadership role within the financial services sector.

- Deep knowledge of the Indian financial regulatory environment and compliance requirements.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

- Track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial goals.

- Tech-savvy with an understanding of how technology can drive operational efficiency.
