Client is an Export firm and is looking for COO from the Auto Manufacturing Industry

- Engineer / MBA from premier institute

- 45 - 48 years old

- Should have adept experience in handling large scale PAN India operations

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have excellent leadership skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Out of box thinking and strong execution

- Able to steer operations to achieve the organisation's goals

- Able to interact confidently and give timely inputs to the top management

- Should have good domestic & global marketing exposure

- Expertise in heading product development and controlling production operations

- Responsible for productivity, turn over of the plant, infrastructure, utility and material procurement

- Maximum Utilisatisation of machine with cost saving process, conservation of energy and time

- Daily monitoring of plant profitability in all areas and taking immediate corrective action

- Ensure adherence to quality and meeting targets
