Job Description-

We are looking to hire a visionary COO to oversee the company's operational processes, and to ensure a superb customer experience. The COO will optimize the company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, and manage marketing initiatives. The COO will assist in compiling the company's budget, and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock. You will be responsible for entire P&L activities & procedures. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.

To ensure success you should have a clear understanding of our company's core values and culture. Top candidates will be exemplary leaders, have superb business acumen, and have a sound understanding of business strategies.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team and works closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

- Coaches and develops the team to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics.

- Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.

- Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the firm and insure excellent client service.

- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.

- Manages the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the entire Human Resources function: benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and development, culture, performance management, and succession planning.

- Leads and develop a team across multiple locations and over various functions.

- Motivates and leads a high-performance management team.

- Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.

- Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.

- Works with other c-level executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs.

- Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.

- Oversee annual budgeting and audit; manage/mitigate the organizations legal risk and govern all compliance related issues; ensures budgets and financial allocations are aligned to organizational strategic priorities

- Drives contingency planning, ensuring organization can manage unexpected financial situations, market shifts and periods of both growth and contraction

- Evaluate operational performance by analysing data and creating KPI metrics and reporting, working closely with finance and IT

- Defines key financial metrics aligned with performance measurement system and works with People team to design and maintain sustainable compensation and benefits structure

- Work autonomously while ensuring Management's expectations are readily met and exceeded.

- Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

- Represents the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.
