Assist in setting the annual budget and plans, lead in tracking and course-correcting on an ongoing basis to deliver on quarterly and annual top line and bottom-line targets.&nbsp; - Responsible for client quality assurance, retention, operational excellence, and client profitability. Mentorship and leadership to all Director and VP's incapability and business roles. - Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally. CANDIDATE PROFILE: - Mumbai based advertising and communications leader, preferably an MBA, with overall experience of 16-20 years, of which at least the most recent 6 must be in digital advertising.&nbsp; - Rest could be in traditional, mainline, marketing, media. Must have demonstrated record of building multi-functional teams comprising creative and account management and managed a large P&amp;L in a top tier digital agency.
