Job Description :
1. Increase operational effectiveness pan India by communicating values, strategies formulation objectives, assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, developing incentives, developing a climate for offering information opinions.
2. Develop strategic plan by studying technological resources, financial, business opportunities, presenting assumptions, recommending objectives
3. Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets results measurements, allocating resources, reviewing progress, making mid-course corrections
4. Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field as well as technical services policies practices, coordinating actions with corporate staff
5. Build company image by collaborating with customers, government agencies, communities, organizations employees, enforcing ethical business practices
6. Maintain quality service by establishing enforcing organization standards
7. Maintaining and establishing professional networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies
8. Overall Business growth on monthly basis.
9. Work alongside the MD/CMD and executive team to define company strategy and select which business opportunities to pursue.
10. Implement processes, infrastructure and effective management practices to enable and sustain our continual growth and expansion.
11. Anticipate operational needs and identify growth opportunities. Take the lead shepherding PAN India operation and key initiatives.
12. Continually refine business model using a data-driven approach to gauge impact, monitor performance metrics and create efficiencies.
13. Manage and holding ultimate responsibility for entire operational performance of company by creating employee incentives, establishing KPIs for all individuals, and implementing performance reviews
14. Manage utmost operating condition of all machines at PAN India and bare minimum down time throughout.
15. Ensuring Internal Process Quality, Employee Satisfaction, and Financial Performance Index
