Chief Operating Officer - Dental Chain

Looking for a Chief Operating Officer for a well funded and growing dental chain of clinics.

Candidate should have 2yrs+ experience in handling operations of one than one outlet/stores/clinics

Location : Mumbai (Opening for local candidate ONLY)

Responsibilities:

- Work with CEO to develop and execute best practices

- Plan, Execute and oversee operations, sales, technology, and customer service

- Forecast revenue and expense streams, and manage budget, including expenditure review and related administrative oversight

- Oversee the performance of the projects team for setting up new centers with site selection and other associated activities.

- Negotiate with key operational contractors and vendors and develop new vendors sources.

- Guide the marketing team with feedback on the marketing plans and initiatives.

- Identify and address key strategic barriers and opportunities critical to the success of operations of each of the clinics.

- Manage staff: Develop a team to manage operations of the clinic and ensure performance and meeting targets

- Work with Chief Executive Officer on fundraising

- Looking for young and energetic candidates below 35 years of age only.
