Chief Operating Officer - Corporate Social Responsibility - NGO

- Would be responsible to manage end to end operations across various initiatives under the foundation.

- Responsible for operational efficiency.

- Budget Planning & Implementation

- Reviewing the operations vis-a-vis plans periodically and ensuring that adequate steps have been taken to coordinate with CSR relations on revised plans if any. Reviewing the operational plans and ensuring that the plans are in line with the objectives of the Foundation.

- Ensuring good relations in the CSR space

- Monitoring and ensuring operational targets are achieved as per AOP set up before the start of the FY

- Liaising with other departments - Finance, Social Media, Operations, VC Office

- Daily/weekly meetings to ensure smooth operations

- Should be Graduate or MBA with minimum 12 years of experience preferably worked in charities, NGO's, Social Development Organizations etc with leadership experience.

- Excellent track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization

- Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to champion change and inspire, motivate and successfully lead a diverse team.
