Candidates having exposure of consumer facing industry will be preferred (online fashion, online selling of goods, new age logistics)
COO will lead and manage the company's operations and services, its most critical function supporting the Founders in developing and executing the company's overall plans.
1) The incumbent will be a core member of the senior leadership team Lead operational and customer experience strategy and execution, focusing on setting water tight processes and operational efficiency
2) Accountable for team and overall service performance
3) Nurture strategic partnerships from an operational and service delivery perspective
4) Build a strong customer led service culture geared towards achieving the company's vision
5) Responsible for managing operations, quality, supply chain, vendor management, commercial, project management and related functions
6) Must have run operations, led technology developments to improve processes
7) Focus on customer experience with the customer at the centre - strong orientation towards customer communication and management
