- Handling complete day to day and site operations

- Building and managing Client Relationships

- Cost optimization and profitability for the projects under supervision

- Vendor and supplier management

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

- Should have handled Construction / EPC projects of more than 500+ Crores at multiple sites.

- Experience in Tender compilation & submission.

- Should be well versed with tender methodology/bid preparation & bid submission for all private/government tenders.

- Should have indepth knowledge of site suppliers, suppliers and contractors for North India.

- Ensure proper site visit, attending all meetings with clients.

- Cross Check of all Bill preparations towards clients.

- Handling all legal issues related to site

- Reverting to all Government communication

- Should have handled the ERP implementation at site

Qualification : BE Civil with Post Graduation preferred

Experience : 15-25 Years
