Job Description :-
- Strategic Planning & Implementation
- Support management committee members in executing the vision & mission to make the organisation future ready
- Providing inputs for finalising Annual Business Plan, Revenue & Financial Targets, Individual and Departmental with Performance Targets and communicating it to key team members
- Provide inputs for sustainable growth and development of the organisation
- Support exploring market potential and interface with customers & client prospects for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
- Creating the right environment and processes for Innovation & Technology Initiatives
- Devising strategy for risk assessment and risk mitigation
- Advising management committee members on any strategic or challenging situation or decision
- Provide Leadership and mentoring support to Departmental Heads to develop their critical functions; for achieving objectives of respective functions listed below:
- Project Management Group (including Planning, Budgeting, Cost Monitoring, Vendor Billing, Client Billing, Project monitoring MIS and controls)

- Collaborating with domain experts for upgrading functional expertise into the organisation (like External ISO Consultants, Technical Consultants, Industry Experts, Management Consultants, etc.)
- Representing organisation as its brand ambassador, through participation as Speaker, Jury, Expert or Panellist at events of Construction Industry Associations, Professional bodies (Indian Concrete Institute, Construction Industry
- Development Council, and GICEA etc), Educational Institutions (CEPT, Nirma).
- Developing Organisational Culture so as to balance interests of all key stakeholders: to lead and groom succession pipeline of leaders, to put in place professional systems to help the organisation transition in its growth stage from Rs.300 Cr towards being a Rs.1000 + Cr company in few years and to support building a performance driven culture that protects the organisations core values.

Qualification
- B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME in Construction/Planning management from reputed University
- MBA or Diploma in Management from reputed university

- Understanding of software/ERP/IT Solutions to scale up and control business growth
