Chief Operating Officer/Chief Exceutive Officer - Housing Finance

We are seeking a visionary and experienced COO/CEO to lead our team in the Affordable housing finance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's profit and loss, ensuring strategic partnerships and compliance with the National Housing Bank (NHB), and driving transformative initiatives in sales, credit operations, Portfolio Quality and collections.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the financial management of the company, focusing on enhancing income and NIMs, reducing cost-to-income ratios, and minimizing credit losses.

- Spearhead the growth of Affordable Housing Finance businesses, focusing on increasing AUM (Asset Under Management), PAT, ROA, and delivering profitable financials.

- Establish and maintain a robust relationship with the National Housing Bank (NHB) to ensure compliance with NHB regulations and foster strategic partnerships.

- Maintain regular interactions with strategic investors, fund managers, bankers, analysts, rating agencies, and statutory authorities, including interactions with the RBI.

- Manage a comprehensive range of functions including Business (Disbursements) and Collections (Recovery), Credit & Risk, Product, IT, Finance, HR & Admin, Operations, and Legal, ensuring high levels of collection efficiency and effective management of NPAs and credit costs.

- Spearhead transformative initiatives aimed at digitizing sales, credit operations, and collections processes, and deploy advanced technologies to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

- Demonstrate results-driven leadership by enhancing customer experiences while adhering to strict regulatory compliance, aiming to achieve measurable results and strengthen the company's market position.

- Drive the company's business across all strategic markets by establishing sustainable business models, ensuring requisite structures, products, processes, and systemic capabilities.

- Strategize and launch new products, design distribution and technology platforms, and digitalize processes to position the company as a leading consumer finance company.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience out of which at least 5 years of experience in a top management role in Housing Finance.

- Proven ability in scaling up business and branch additions including new territories / States.

- A good people's person who can guide and lead a large team to successful business outcomes
