Chief Operating Officer - Broking Firm

We have an opening in one of the leading Broking firm.

Designation: COO - NBFC

Location: Mumbai office

Qualification: MBA - Finance (Full time from Tier 1 Institute) Or Chartered Accountant

Skill Set: MS Excel (Advanced level) and PPT presentation is a must.

Thorough understanding and experience of ROI, Interest spreads, Interest rate swaps and other financial modeling

Experience: Minimum relevant experience of more than 10 years of handling NBFC at a Senior position (Second level in command reporting to COO will be preferred)

Strong understanding of operational, legal, credit and market risks across the all segment products and processes wrt NBFC

Strong networking with Banks, Financial Institutions and the market target segment

Job Description: Identification, Planning, Forecasting, P & L Projections, Expense Budgeting, ROI and related strategic capability building projects.

Business Operations involving New product incubation (LAS, Commodity funding, Vehicle loan, Agri loan, SME loans, etc), Sales & Marketing, development of Franchise and Channel partners, Sales distribution network.

Handling multiple stakeholders in project process - IT systems, Processes, Outsourcing, Operations, Legal, HR, other internal and external vendors.

Credit management - Loan process, assessing Credit risks, Approvals, Rejections, Disbursement, Monitoring, Collections, Documentation and related processes

Team management - Identification, Recruitment, Training and development of people
