Chief Operating Officer - BFSI

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the IT, Operations, Customer Service and Admin function of the Company. The role involves strategic planning, process enhancement, risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance to drive the organization's growth and efficiency

Will involve handling:

- Strategy Planning

- Operational Oversight

- Technology Integration

- Financial Oversight

- Risk Management

- Regulatory Compliance

- Team Leadership

- Stakeholder Communication

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Experience:

1. Min 20 to 25 of relevant experience

2. Proven experience as a senior executive in a leadership role within the financial industry

3. In-depth understanding of NBFC operations, regulations, and market dynamics in India.

4. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Sound knowledge of MS office, esp. Microsoft excel
