Job Description:
1. Provide strategic leadership for the company by working with the CEO and MD to establish, implement and achieve long term and short term goals, strategies, plan and policies
2. Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short term and long term objectives of organization
3. Lead and motivate towards development of a high performance managerial team
4. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired result and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the Organization
5. Make high quality decisions to advance the business and increase profits
6. Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and in house policies to maintain the company business ethics
7. Review financial and non financial reports to devise improvements
8. Build trust relations with key partners and act as SPOC with stakeholders
9. Maintain deep knowledge of the markets and industry related to the company
10. Complete performance reviews of various functions in proper and timely manner
11. Assess and implement improved processes and new technology
12. Monitor day to day operations of the company
13. Represent the company before Clients, investors and business partners
14. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Education:
Should be from Premier B-School
Competencies:
1. Should have worked in NBFC domain
2. Smart worker, Should be good in team management
3. Should be familiar with business functions like Marketing, Sales, IT , HR, etc.
4. Should possess in depth knowledge of management best practices
5. Demonstrate experience of ethical leadership
6. Should possess analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
