A. Strategy Planning:

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the organization's vision.

- Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

- Technology Integration: Identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency. Assessing training need for employees & organizing behavioral & technical programs as per training calendar. Drive digital transformation initiatives to keep pace with industry advancements.

- Financial Oversight: Work closely with finance teams to optimize financial processes and ensure fiscal responsibility. The position of Chief Operating Officer will assist in attaining established operational and financial goals. Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks through comprehensive risk assessment. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
