National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited (NCGTC) is a wholly owned company of Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on March 28, 2014 to act as a common trustee company for multiple credit guarantee funds.
Designation: - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Work Location:- Mumbai
Educational Qualification: - Post Graduate in any discipline. CA/MBA is desirable
Experience: - 20+ years of post-qualification work experience
Job Description/Key Responsibilities
- Help the CEO in strategizing long term financial and compliance strategy for the company.
- Oversee all operations and business activities of the company.
- Formulate and implement Policies, systems and processes in the company and ensure compliance thereof.
- Kindly Note:- This position is on contract basis for a period of 3 years. The period of contract shall be extendable at the discretion of NCGTC and the employee on mutually agreed terms.
