About the company

The company is one of the leading bakery chains based out of Mumbai. The company has own and franchised stores. The focus is store expansion, appointing franchisee. To manage increase in production output, increase in logistics complexity etc. The candidate should have / Must have extensive experience in bakery industry and a rich understanding of sales, procurement, production and logistics functions to drive growth and manage complexity. Candidates currently working in leadership roles in the bakery industry is a must.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving the revenue and profitability targets

- Work closely with the promoters to undertake business expansion initiatives and ensure efficient implementation

- Take regular updates from Business Heads from sales, production and manufacturing. Set direction for course correction (if required)

- Responsibility for operations of HR, Admin, Finance, Marketing, IT, Strategy and Legal

- Monitor performance of various departments and act.

- Ensure high motivation levels among employees and provide regular internal communication to achieve this

- Establish policies and processes that promote company culture and vision

Eligibility criteria

- Work experience: Minimum 15-20 years

- Educational qualifications: CA or MBA (the qualifications are flexible)
