Your role:: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Reporting: Co-Founder

Location:: Mumbai

Key role contour:

- A strong track record of building customer centric processes, managing scale and complexity.

- A leader with an eye for detail, ability to lead multiple projects and driving customer excellence standards

- Working closely with internal & external stakeholders for new product developments and programs.

- Experience in process design & engineering and re-engineering. Risk mitigation through FMEA and build strong documentation systems /SLA to ensure high standards across the process and people.

- Ability to work on cost minimization, tech adoption and efficiency driven projects.

- An experience in a start-up and a Black Belt qualification is a plus
