Hiring for the position of COO for a Multi-Plant Auto Component Manufacturing Company. Note- Position Based in North India, but frequent travel to other plants required. Functional Responsibilities: - Manufacturing in a Multi-Plant environment catering to Domestic and Overseas OEMs &nbsp; - Industrial relations - On- time Deliveries to customers at Optimum operating costs and best of Quality - New Product Development at targeted cost and Delivery - Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures - Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth - Establish policies that promote company culture and vision - Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.) - Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication - Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics - Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance - Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) - Manage relationships with partners/vendors Soft Skills: Change Agent and Turn-around Catalyst with leadership abilities to develop people KPIs:] - OTIF, Inventory Turns, Productivity, PPM Quality Qualifications : - Bachelor Of Engineering (Mechanical) - Knowledgeable in Quality and OSHA systems - Experience: Minimum 25 years at various levels in manufacturing, Engineering functions, of which minimum 4 years heading multi-plant operations
