Chief Operating Officer - Analytics

Business aspect of the role:

- The COO will provide Strategic leadership in building Analytics combining technical and entrepreneurial skills.

Operations Management Aspect of the role:

He is responsible for setting up the delivery platform for data analytics business, integrating and setting up robust processes and systems which would be highest standards of quality, and compliance architecture i.e. the role of an operations manager.

Few of the responsibilities include:

- Cultivate, lead and direct the Analytics strategic planning process aligned with overall corporate strategic planning initiatives and other relevant divisions.

- Drive business strategy and growth

- Build and manage strong teams and functions.

- Evaluate and identify or Leverage existing IT infrastructure / build newer infrastructure

- Business Continuity Planning

Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of experience working with start-ups and established analytics firms in a leadership role.

- Develop a business plan and propose to the board for the first 3 months / 1year/ 5years on the org model to scale the analytics business.

- Provide Strategic leadership in building Data analytics team.

- Excellent People management skills in building a strong team.

- Excellent domain knowledge of applying data analytics in relevant domain.

- Strong communication skills and present -ability in front of clients & business partners and while representing Company's Analytics in external forums

- Financial/budget and headcount management.

- Develop & review monthly / quarterly metrics packs of KPIs. Perform deep dives as necessary.

- Coordination of senior management update.

- Develop and implement a dashboard for tracking and reporting on the progress of Analytics business plan (product, marketing and sales metrics)
