COO (Alcoholic Beverages) - West Africa
- Heading and driving the end to end Beverages business, that includes all Commercial aspects, Operations Control, Procurement of raw material, production planning and monitoring, Sales & marketing, cost-efficacy and P&L etc.
- Alcohol & Soft drinks blending & bottling facility with 12 bottling lines that includes pet, glass bottling lines and can lines of different capacities with an installed capacity of 1.9 million cases per month.
- He should be a Techno-Commercial Business Leader (60% profile weightage on Commercial skills and 40% on technical aspects).
- Must have sound P&L knowledge in Alco beverage space especially driving the cost proposition vis-- -vis sales & distribution. He also must have owned & driven P&L of a beverage business with turnover of at least 50 M US$ PA. Proven credentials for this is a must
- 25 years of experience of which, 5 years should be as Business Head of an alcohol blending and bottling facility having a capacity of at least 1.5 million cases per month with pet/glass bottling/ can lines, packaged water lines and carbonised soft drink lines.
- Must have handled P&L responsibility and own P&L of a company of similar size (sales of at least 30M US$)
- Degree in Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.
