Chief Sales & Marketing Officer :
The Director of Sales & Marketing attains assigned short and long term sales goals within budget. They may manage and direct the activities of personnel engaged in sales&marketing activities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue and gross margin growth. Meet the sales, BD plan for the year
- Partner with management to develop short- to middle-term strategy and assess performance against it
- Develops and executes comprehensive marketing programs to achieve assigned quota in support of the sales and revenue objectives of organization.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
- Conducts market assessment on current and new product concepts, and provides feedback for future product development.
- Partner with peers inside and outside Telecom to solve operational problems
- Oversee traditional marketing communications activities and bang the drum for high growth
- Corporate communications, public and industry analyst relations, social and influencer engagement, branding, advertising and marketing touch-points
