CHIEF RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

- Looking for Incumbent with experience relating to Regulatory & Compliances/ Internal Audit/Risk with a demonstrated ability to lead compliance, internal audit and risks teams, manage robust compliance and risk programs and implement process-driven compliance and risk controls in large corporates / institutions

- Exposure to creating regulatory compliances, governance & framework.

- Designing and regularly reviewing processes and systems to help ensure good management of the Trust and compliance with legislations and applicable compliance requirements of Unitholders.

- Leading teams in due diligence of the compliance framework in target companies. Designing processes to investigate allegations of non-compliance, leading the investigation processes, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to risk assess the compliance incidents.

- Leading teams in due diligence of the compliance framework in target companies.

- Creating awareness of ownership for adhering to accepted regulations and compliance framework.

- Driving the overall Internal Audit function for the organization. Liaising with external auditors as required and providing necessary assistance in the overall statutory audit program.

- Interacting and working with Board and Sr Management and Board, Investors.

- Thorough understanding & exposure to various standards and processes pertaining to regulatory and compliances in the country

- Previous exposure to international institutional investors preferred.

- Proven experience of creating & implementing a framework of ESG
