- Responsible for P&L for Project Cargo Sales.
- Prior experience with Steel, Chemical, Oil and Gas - Transport movement.
- Plan and monitor yearly and long term marketing and business development plans to meet the overall goal of increasing revenues and sustained growth.
- Responsible for New Business & organic growth within retained accounts
- Evaluates potential business development opportunities to ensure profitability and competitiveness. This role requires sourcing optimal transport solutions and maximising potential earnings while optimising costs.
- Analyse the freight market to review existing trends and develop new strategies based on supply and demand
- Liase and interact with internal business and develop synergy for transportation of their cargo.
- Formulate business growth proposals for fleet expansion
- Establish excellent working relationship with clients.
- Create, Develop and retain a team of committed people who would deliver the agenda for the Business Development team.
- Collaborating with various Sales Channels in the organization for improving Growth Trajectory.
