Chief Officer - Corporate Planning & Strategy - Education Sector

The automotive vertical has state-of-the-art facilities for the manufacturing of varied products for all leading OEMs including Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra, Fiat, MG Motors, Toyota, Renault, Tata Motors, Mitsubishi,etc.

- In Education sector, the group offers critical future skills through immersive and interdisciplinary courses (FLP) and also runs a corporate play school and a day care facility focusing on a holistic development of a child.

- Group's German arm offers next Generation Automation and Manufacturing Solutions (Industry 4.0) and is now setting up its India center

The position reports to Group MD.

The KRAs include:

- Identify growth opportunities & design business strategic architecture in sync with group's vision, mission & value systems

- Strategic planning, analysis, deployment & assessment

- Financial Modeling, Business risk assessment & mitigation

- JVs, M&A and Technology partnerships across globe for existing & new products & services

- Strategic value assessment, identifying strategic business priorities

- Monitoring and evaluation of business plans

- Advisory on strategic options and diversification initiatives

- Drive the strategic planning & budgeting process

The incumbent needs to be a change-agent having 21st century leadership tool-kit with passion for organization transformation thru embracing disruption, practicing agility, employing analytics and facilitating transformed work teams. It's imperative that the incumbent leads integration of all business processes with company's strategic architecture.

This position forms part of strategic think-tank & requires tremendous maturity, impeccable analytics & deft people management skills. The position offers excellent opportunities for horizontal & vertical career-growth. The title & compensation are flexible and can be worked upon.
