As a nimble and agile firm, we pride ourselves on our ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and deliver exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to support our Managing Partner in driving our mission forward.

Job Description:

The Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm's executive management team. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Managing Partner, overseeing strategic business initiatives, managing daily operations, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.

- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation, with a focus on agility and innovation.

- Review, design, and execute on improvements to organizational structure, find knowledge and skills gaps, and help address them, with a focus on rapid growth and scalability.

- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity, with a focus on leveraging technology and automation to drive results.

-Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive culture.

- Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent.

- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities, with a focus on streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency.

- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with the CEO and executives on special projects, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications, with a focus on clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, business administration, management, or a related field. Master's is a plus.

- 4 to 7+ years of experience in a business or executive management role, with a proven track record of success in executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration, preferably in a fast-growth environment.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results, with a focus on innovation and agility.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization, with a focus on building strong and positive relationships.

- Proficient in data analysis, using metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making, with a focus on leveraging data to drive growth and innovation.

- Project management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading and executing cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated experience in budget planning and resource management, with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving growth.

- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities with efficiency and adaptability, with a focus on managing change and driving continuous improvement.

- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management, is highly desirable.
