Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience of 4-8 years in an Human resource consulting role
- MBA from a Premium B school
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and lead HR initiatives.
- Proven project management experience.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
