Opportunity with leading global brand

- The Chief of staff to CHRO / Sr Manager HR in India is the regional workforce's strategic lead on all HR aspects.

The role requires overseeing the strategic execution of various HR initiatives and programs across the entire organization.

The role does not require any HRBP or HR OPS skills. The incumbent will be responsible to work closely with the business . cross functional leaders, HR head in ensuring smooth execution of initiative planned by sub vertical of the HR function .

This is a business operation role in CHRO office

The role forms an integral part of the regional HR matrix and will lead all country-specific HR needs and issues in collaboration with the global and other regional HR teams.

The Chief of staff to CHRO / Sr Manager HR India will work closely with senior business leaders and the HR team to ensure robust HR management processes.

- Position title: Sr manager HR

( Should be playing a vital role in business operations apart from People mgmt role)

Hybrid Model:2-3 days from office

This is a key leadership position for India.

What do we expect:

We are looking for a mature and hands-on leader who appreciates the transformational nature of Human Resource function in enabling the business.

Bring strategic foresight and understanding of his/her business and the role HR plays in enabling the same. At the same time, the incumbent should be able to understand the key deliverables from the HR function and ensure that s/he is able to coach and work with a young team to ensure the timely delivery of HR outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

- Broad responsibilities for the incumbent will include but not be limited to:

- Business Partnering: with business leaders in India to support the business in the sub-region

- HR Strategy: Developing and deploying HR Strategy for India in line with APAC HR Strategy to support the business strategies in India

- Building culture: building a unified and a high performing culture; that is both Diverse and Inclusive

- Talent Management and Succession Planning: Leverage CLIENTS global program to ensure business continuity from a talent perspective

- Talent and Leadership Development: The growth trajectory of business requires significant investment in Talent and Leadership development to sustain the growth momentum

- Employee Engagement: Leverage the CLIENTS Insights program to build employee connect and drive employee engagement

- Any other: As this role is part of both (India ) leadership team(s), any project/responsibility can be assigned to the role holder in addition to his/her work

Key Experiences preferred:

The candidate of choice should bring 13-16 years of hands-on experience in:

- Partnering with businesses to support hi-growth strategy

- Designing and implementing Talent strategy for a high-growth organization

- Leading by influence and being high on EQ to sense the mood of the organization

- Driving adoption of technology in HR

- Leveraging data to make everyday decisions

Key qualifications preferred:

- The candidate of choice should have post-graduate qualifications in Human Resource from a leading university of repute in India or an equivalent qualification from a university overseas.

- Exposure to Six Sigma tools, Agile methodologies, and User Experience techniques will be an added advantage.
