Position - Chief of Staff

Reporting to : CEO

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Program Management/PMO - responsible to orchestrate critical projects, ensuring all ends are tied

2. Problem solver - Get feedback from project teams on what's working and what's not, and solve for roadblocks through escalations to ELT/Group CEO where required.

3. Be the integrator for the group CEO - ability to integrate various aspects on key priorities and present a dashboard to the group CEO so that he is always updated on the progress of critical projects/initiatives

4. Business Analytics, board decks, management reviews agenda & ensuring minutes are actioned.

Required :

- MBA from Tier 1/2 Institutes

- Strong Communication Skills

- Problem Solving Ability

- Strong Analytical Skills
