Job Description: Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with the CEO and Executive team to define and execute the overall company strategy - Own the CEO's agenda and ensure maximum impact in both internal and external engagements. - Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO providing strategic guidance, facilitating decision-making, and managing special projects or initiatives on behalf of the CEO and the executive team People Support: - Collaborate with Partners and HR to ensure people initiatives are executed across geographies. - Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. - Provide Learning and Development support as needed. - Support execution of Organizational Change Management. - Leadership Support - Driving Cross Functional Collaboration - The Successful Applicant - 5-10 years of experience working in a B2B/ B2C tech startup environment - Experience working as Chief of Staff or in a Co Founders office role is relevant. - MBA/ PGDM from a Tier 1 B school is a must - Open to Chennai as a location - Smart and enthusiastic individual who is keen to take up initiatives and be a people person What's on Offer: - Industry leading compensation - Opportunity to work with an extremely talented set of leadership - Be a crucial part of the growth journey of a promising organisation
