@Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Chief of Staff for the CEO of one of India's top companies in the real estate space (tech platform) Location: Mumbai The role: This role involves working closely with the leadership team. It focuses on project management, strategy, research & analysis and operations Objectives of this Role : - Oversee strategic business initiatives from initiation to successful execution, working closely with senior leadership - Support senior executives in decision-making & program management - Improve current processes and help increase overall efficiency Responsibilities : - Act as a liaison between senior executives, functional heads and staff on various projects - Observe and improve processes and SOPs for better efficiency - Support the CEO and team with research, data and analytics for their key initiatives - Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders/investors/partners Skills and Qualifications : - An MBA from a top-tier institution - 4 to 6 years of work experience Experience with any of the following is mandatory: - Management/business consulting roles with a leading consulting firm - Strategy/ business intelligence roles with top BFSI companies - CoS roles in an established organisation - Proven experience with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
