Job Responsibilities and Desired profile:

Responsibilities:

1. Project Lead for all Fundraising conversations and closures

2. Hold the pen on all Fundraise Collaterals - PPT, Projections, Term Sheets, SHAs

3. Interface between Founders, Business Heads, Legal team and Investors to drive successful closure of Fundraise conversations

SKILL REQUIRED:

1. At least 3-5 years in the startup world

2. People with Founder's Office, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Finance experience preferred

3. Needs to understand fundamentals of Corporate Finance

4. Extreme attention to detail and high degree of ownership & accountability needed as you will be driving critical fundraising projects at the company

5. Great written and verbal communication skills as you will be interfacing big VCs and HNIs
