Chief of Staff - Program Manager - Consulting/Startup - IIT/IIM/ISB

We are sourcing for Chief of Staff for our client, which is a Series C rated renowned start- up.

Location: Bangalore / Bengaluru

Role : Chief Of Staff

Exp- 2-5 years

This role will be directly assisting the founders in all their activities:

- Business Strategy

- Program Management

- Team Management

Looking for two kind of archetypes as follows.

1. Undergrad (IIT or top tier non-engineering colleges) + 3-4 years experience in Startups + Consulting.

2. MBA (Top tier, preferably ISB) with Pre-MBA experience in Startups or Consulting + 0-2 years post MBA experience.

This role will transition to a solid business leadership role in 12-18 months.
