Job Responsibilities:

1. Must have 5+ years of Industrial experience.

2. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.

3. MBA Graduate with excellent academic background from Top 10 B Schools is also a must - IIMs, XLRI, NM, ISB.

4. Must have great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with the employees of all levels.

5. Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them.
