We have an urgent role with a Logistic Group (400 CR) at Gurgaon.

Role: Chief Of Staff (Female Only)

Reporting to : MD/Promoter

Profile :

- Business operations monitoring, collating numbers & their representation, analysis of business plans & their implications, interpret numbers to enable decision making

- Keeping CEO/Founder informed on progress & delays in ongoing/new interventions with analysis & possible solutions

- Monitoring different MIS reports, calling for meetings to achieve specific outcomes

- Develop a bridge with desired management levels & ensuring information movement with value-addition

- Strategic planning, productivity improvement; partnering HODs to drive business objectives & be an active member of the business planning think tank

- Business Process Improvement - Supply Chain Management - Program Management - Product Management - Partnerships - Financial Analysis - Operations

- Internal Consultant across operational departments driving Process Changes to optimize efficiency & productivity solving scalability issues.

- Heading the Central Inventory & Planning team responsible for the Supply Chain & alignment of Business & Operations functions

- Develop a data-driven operational efficiency improvement initiative

- Led cross-functional teams & launch commercial operations at different centres,

- Analyze inventory process & established a communication framework

- Collaborated with Senior Leadership in automating indent process,

- Lead Strategic Initiatives in services portfolio expansion while chalking the Go-to-Market strategy focused on brand building through technology backed customer experience.
