Chief of Staff

Experience:

- 5 - 7 years of experience as a Fund Manager, Program Manager, Strategic EA, or similar role is mandatory.

- Experience in Handling Business Analytical role, understands Financial aspects and advises on Financing, Profitability and investments, Strategy in scaling the business and monitoring the competitive landscape, and analysing overall sales performance.

Education : Postgraduate/Graduate in Finance & Analytics from a top-tier Institute/Management school/ Premier Institute

Skills & Competencies:

- Experience with budget management & Finance management (is a must)

- Financial business experience with an ability to frame issues within the context of goals

- Resourceful and strategic thinker with the strong problem-solving capability.

- Proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter, problem solver, critical thinker and analytically strong.

- Should be exceptionally good at multi-tasking and comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment and get-things-done.

- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

- Proven success in a project coordination role

- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.

- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
