About the company:

- This early stage tech startup is in the emergency response space. It is well backed by leading PE firms and investors. They are already present in multiple cities and 70+locations pan India. As they bolster their leadership, they are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO.

- The Chief of Staff will play an important role in helping achieve our clients mission, work closely with the CEO and the leadership team and be responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the company.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee strategic and growth initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.

- Be involved in decision-making, program management across departments

- Drive internal governance as required and governing critical metrics across the organization

- Help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects.

Desired Profile:

- MBA from Tier 1 B School.

- 5+ years of consulting experience; some experience with a tech start up is a plus, not mandatory

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management skills, analytical and outcome oriented,
