- You have 1-3 years experience in your field

- You take initiative, can take full ownership of tasks, and get things done (!!)

- You thrive (and borderline enjoy!) the ambiguity that comes with early-stage and comfortable with pivots or shifting priorities

- You have past 0->1 startup experience where you wore many diverse hats across growth, marketing and biz ops, just to name a few. Even better if you've worked in health & wellness before - and at a startup with only 1-5 people!

- You're a hands-on, data-driven self-starter; you love to roll up your sleeves and experiment with diverse tools and platforms to see what works best and iterate from there.

- You are a clear and effective communicator across emails, newsletters, and social media and can craft compelling narratives

- You're tech-savvy and a fast learner around digital platforms and tools. Our current stack includes tools like Google Docs, Whatsapp, Figma, Beehiiv, Framer, Typeform, Sanity, Mixpanel, and more

- You're a team player with a "no problem is too small" attitude

You're comfortable collaborating across various disciplines and teams.
